Scientific, cultural and educational content (including but not limited to texts, audio, audiovisual and multimedia documents) as well as iconographic or photographic representations presented on this website with a signature or copyright are protected by intellectual property law. All accredited photographs are the exclusive property of the institutions or individuals mentioned in this credit.


The Euronaval brand and partner brands, as well as logos appearing on this website, are protected by intellectual property law. Any full or partial reproduction of these brands and/or logos taken from elements on the website without prior authorization from their owners is strictly prohibited and constitutes an offense of copyright infringement.

The informative and programming content of this website is public sector administrative information under article 10 of law n° 78-753 dated 17th July 1978. Any re-use of this information is open, on condition that the latter is not altered, its meaning not misrepresented and that sources and date of latest updates are mentioned.

You data are collected and processed on the basis of legitimate interest and stored in a computer file by SOGENA in order to issue an exhibition access badge, which also allows you to be recognised and identify yourself directly with exhibitors and participants who are equipped with badges readers.

During your visit to the exhibition, if you allow certain exhibitors to scan your visitor badge, your personal data will be collected by the exhibitors (with the exception of your dates and places of birth and the scan of your identity document) who could, as data controllers, send you commercial advertising directly.

By registering for this exhibition, you may also receive invitations at your email address to take part in the BTOB meetings or visit other events organised by SOGENA.

The recipients of your data are those individuals authorised within the company SOGENA in charge of processing, and potentially authorised staff of our subcontractors in charge of Pre-registration operations and on-site access control or organisation of the BTOB meetings. The recipients of these data are entirely located in the European Union. In accordance with the official texts of the GDPR 2018 (EU Regulation 2016/679 dated 27th April 2016) – CNIL, SOGENA is responsible for processing that is entrusted to its subcontracts and is responsible for ensuring that they respect them in the context of the contract that binds us.

Your data is kept until the end of the exhibition to provide you with the Service ordered and to respond to your requests. With the exception of your email address, your personal data including that relating to your date and place of birth and the scan of your ID will be deleted at the end of the exhibition and no later than November 7th 2024. Your email address will be kept in order to send you an invitation for Euronaval 2022, or any other events organised by SOGENA.

You have a right to access your data, rectify and delete it, as well as a right of limitation, portability and a right of opposition. You also have the right to define the guidelines for the fate of your personal data after your death. We will do everything in our power to respond satisfactorily to your requests. If, for any reason, you consider that our response is not satisfactory, we inform you that you can submit a complaint to the CNIL.

The website for the Euronaval exhibition, organised by SOGENA, authorises the creation of a hyperlink to its contents, so long as this does not create confusion about the source and/or content produced and/or held by SOGENA, on condition that:

Opposability

The website is governed by the laws of the French Republic. The provisions of these legal statements are taken to be accepted in full by all users of the site. This notice is announced on the front page of the website. All disputes or contentions concerning this website will fall under the exclusive competence of the Paris courts.
