Monday 4 to Wednesday 6 November 2024: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm

Thursday 7 November: 9.00 am – 4.00 pm

Conditions for access

This is an event strictly reserved for professionals in the field, and all visitors must be able to justify the professional nature of their visit. 

Pre-registration is strongly recommended to avoid queues.

All visitors must wear their badges visibly at all times.

Thursday, November 7, 2024 is reserved for students aged 18 and over.

Only the organiser is authorised to validate badge requests.

Access to the show with weapons or any dangerous material (self-defence bombs, aerosols, etc.) is forbidden.

Euronaval is open to audiovisual media. Visitors and exhibitors are informed that they may be filmed or photographed. The authors of films or photographs taken at Euronaval do so under their sole responsibility (legal respect of image rights and any regulations or case law applicable on French territory) and fully release the Euronaval organiser from any liability in this regard.

You can arrive by TGV and main line stations directly to “Aéroport Roissy CDG” then take one of the free shuttles

The railway station SNCF from Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport is connected to the TGV South, TGV West and TGV North networks, as well as the OUIGO, Thalys and Eurostar main lines.

By the road

Take the A1 or A3 motorway in the direction of Lille, then join the A104 motorway in the direction of Soissons, follow the signs for “Parc des Expositions Visiteurs/Exhibitors”.

Parking

– Visitor access: Motorway A1 then A104, exit n°1 “Visitors”, car park P1

– Exhibitor access: Motorway A1 then A104, exit n°1 “Exhibitors-Deliveries”, car parks Pe4 et Pe5

The Exhibition Centre provides Exhibitors with parking spaces for the duration of the event.

After receipt of orders and the corresponding payment, the Exhibitor Service will send the magnetic badge cards by post. For orders received within 8 days of the opening of the show, parking spaces will not be sent by post and must be collected from Exhibitor Services before the opening of the show.

Parking passes are reserved for passenger vehicles with a maximum height of 1.90m, excluding trailers.

During set-up and dismantling, Exhibitor car parks are free of charge and open to all. Entrance is at gate M.

In order to improve the welcome for visitors, the Park offers visitors parking cards.

Each card is valid only once. These cards are sold in non-divisible lots of 3, 6 and 9 units.
