Train (line B) From "Châtelet", "Gare du Nord", "Charles De Gaulle airport", take the RER B, get off at "Le Bourget" station, then take the Tramway line 11 and get off to the station "Dugny La Courneuve" to take the free shuttles to the exhibition.
Métro Line 7 to "La Courneuve - 8 mai 1945", then take the bus 152 to "Michelet - Parc des Expositions".
Metro line 12 to "Porte de la Chapelle", then take the bus 350 to "Michelet - Parc des Expositions".
Access by the highway A1, then take the exit 4 or 5 "Le Bourget / Parc des Expositions".
The Exhibition Centre provides exhibitors with parking spaces.
Upon receipt of applications for parking spaces reservation and the corresponding payment, the Exhibition Service Department will forward entry permits and magnetic cards by post.
For orders received within a period of 8 days prior to the opening of exhibition, parking spaces will not be sent but displayed at the Exhibition Service Department, before the opening of the show.
Parking permits may only be used for private cars, H. maxi 1,90m, without trailer.
During setting up and dismantling periods, access to the parking spaces is free and not restricted, the exhibitor entrance is gate M. From the exhibition opening, exhibitors will access into gate L1.

To improve the quality of the reception given to your visitors, The Exhibition Centre can offer them a parking card. Each card may only be used once. These cards will be sold in complete sets of 3, 6 or 9 permits only.
If you buy your ticket via AIR FRANCE & KLM Global Meetings website, your electronic ticket will carry a special mention which justifies the application of the preferential fares.
Should you prefer to process your reservations and ticket-purchase directly with an Air France and KLM sales outlet, you must keep this current document which serves to justify the application of the preferential airfares.
Keep the document to justify the special fares with you as you may be asked for it at any point of your journey.

You will find restaurants and take-away services distributed throughout Hall 1&2 of the Le Bourget Exhibition Centre.
A concierge will be on site for the five days of the exhibition to answer to your needs
During the all exhibition period, from Monday October 17th until Friday October 21st, cloakrooms will be at your disposal for personal effects and luggage at the main entrance of Hall 2, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
For the whole week, free shuttle-bus will be available from Le Bourget RER B Station to the Exhibition centre.
Taxi Ranks are at your disposal outside the Exhibition Centre main entrance : Taxi G7 - Taxi “Bleus”
Motorcycle transportation is also available enabling you to save time on the road.
You will find several information desks in Hall 2 to guide you during your visit.
A business centre situated in from of the Intermezzo self is at the disposal of the exhibitors and the visitors.
A cash dispenser (Société Générale) is available in Hall 2B at the south face.
Wi-Fi zones are activated within the Exhibition Centre.

Please, be careful, several exhibitors and partners have told us to be recipients of scams campaigns that rely on different types of fraudulent emails. Some of these messages contain an attachment that is a (fake) document unfairly bearing the logo or the name EURONAVAL, shipments are made from Sao Paulo, Uruguay and others, inviting our members to update their data in directories Expo Guide International Fairs Directory etc ... .Other typically have a link to a fraudulent website also.
Pay attention to this proposal updating your contact information for returning the form, if you agree, you would pay € 1,212 per year and for a period of 3 years! These companies use the files international fairs to make contact with professionals and provide them with updated contact information. By the abusive words of the organizer's name like EURONAVAL, the documents sent by these companies may suggest that EURONAVAL be involved in this publication. It’s WRONG!
